What file formats can I upload?

PNG, JPG, WEBP, SVG, PDF and EPS. For the best results, use a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, or a PDF with a CutContour line if you have your own cut line.

How is my price calculated?

Price depends on shape, material, size, and quantity. It is calculated on our server the moment you configure your sticker, and re-checked again at checkout — so the price you see is always accurate.

Can I preview my sticker before ordering?

Yes — our editor shows a live 2D and 3D preview as you design, including your chosen material finish.

Do you offer bulk / volume pricing?

Larger quantities are automatically priced lower per sticker. Just increase the quantity in the configurator to see your new price.

What if my artwork resolution is too low?

We estimate the effective print resolution of your artwork as you design and flag it if it may look soft or blurry at your chosen size.

Can I reorder a previous design?

Yes — log in to your account, open Order history, and your past configurations are saved for reordering.
